Ms. Neeti Sachdeva, Secretary General and Registrar, Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration, will be speaking at Panel Discussion III: “Institutional Arbitration in India: Past, Present and Future”, on October 16, 2016.
Ms. Sachdeva has worked at the International Arbitration Department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Paris and has also worked with London Court of International Arbitration, India as its First Deputy Registrar. She has worked extensively in the field of International Commercial Arbitration, both as a private practitioner representing clients and as an administrator, facilitating the dispute resolution procedure. She is also active in academic circles and is an advisor at KIIT Law School, Orissa, and a guest faculty at National Law University and at the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.
Ms. Sachdeva will be discussing the newly launched Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration; its rules and its USP.
